Where do I login to the Xign Collector application?
To login to your company's Xign Collector application:
1. Go to www.xign.net;
2. Click on the "Login to Xign Collector" link located under the yellow comment "For increased security reasons, the location of the login page has been changed.";
3. You will be directed to a page that allows you to enter your username and password.
How do I retrieve my user name and/ or reset my password?
If you do not remember your login information, please try the "Forgot your User Name?" and/or "Forgot your Password?" supplier login wizards on http://www.xign.net.
User Name Wizard
The User Name Wizard requires that you have access to the email account listed for your user name. This ensures that only you have access to your Xign Collector login, and it limits the amount of personal and company information required to retrieve your username.
If you are listed as the designated Administrator on more than one Xign account, you will not be able to retrieve the user name unless each account has a different email address listed. If you are using the same email address for all of your company records, please contact JPMorgan Xign Product Support for assistance.
The User Name Wizard works as follows:
1) Verify Identity: You must verify your identity by entering your email address, first and last names.
2) Confirmation: You will receive the following confirmation of your user name request:
"Forgot User Name: Complete you have successfully requested your User name. An email containing your User Name has been sent to the email address on file. Please allow a few minutes for its arrival."
3) User Name Notification: You will receive an email notification containing your Xign Collector user name.
After you have received your user name, you can then use the Password Reset wizard to have your password reset.
Password Reset Wizard
The Password Reset Wizard that you have access to the email account listed for your user name. This ensures that only you have access to your Xign Collector account, and limits the amount of personal and company information required.
The Password Reset Wizard works as follows:
1) Login Page: Click on “Forgot your password?”
2) User Name: Enter user name, and click Next.
3) Verify Identity: Enter the answer to your challenge phrase question, OR the last 4-digits of your bank account number.
4) Confirmation: You will see the following confirmation that your password has been reset:
"Password Reset Complete You have successfully reset your password. An email containing a temporary password has been sent to the email address on file. Please allow a few minutes for its arrival. You will be asked to create a new password at your next login."
5) Email Notification: You will receive an email notification with your username and temporary password.
How do I change my password in JPMorgan Xign?
Collector application users can change their password anytime during the session logon without JPMorgan Xign assistance.
To change user password:
1) Log on to www.Xign.net.
2) Click on the "Preferences" hyperlink (top right hand side of the Home page)
3) Click on "Password Management" hyperlink
4) Make the appropriate changes that need to be made
5) Be sure to click "OK" to save your changes
What is the Xign Administrator? How do we change the Xign Administrator?
The primary contact for an organization within the JPMorgan Xign Business Services Network is also known as the Administrator. The Administrator has login rights to the Xign Collector application and may create new users and reset passwords for other users within their organization.
If you would like to change the contact information for the Administrator at your organization, please click the Change Form button below, complete the form, print, have it signed by an officer or other person with banking authority from your organization, and return via fax at (925) 469-9447. Once a fully completed form is received the new Administrator will receive their login information.
The new Administrator (as designated on the form) should NOT sign this form. Simply complete Sections I and II, and return the signed form to JPMorgan Xign via fax at (925) 469-9447.
Note: It is important that the Federal tax identification number and your organization’s name be provided as this is used to verify which company record (account) is to be updated.
There is no fee for changing administrator designations.
We just enrolled, why can’t I log in?
For your organization's protection, we need to verify the accuracy of the bank routing code and account number information that was provided during enrollment before we activate the account in the JPMorgan Xign Business Services Network. Your financial institution is being contacted. If they can not verify the information or if there are any additional questions we will contact the person selected as the Xign Administrator during enrollment.
Until your account is activated you will not be able to access your information through the Xign Collector application.
Once the account is activated, the username and password that you chose during enrollment will log you onto the Xign Collector the first time. If you don't remember the password you can reset it after activation by clicking on "Forgot your Password?". Please log in at www.xign.net.
Both your user name and password are case-sensitive.
If you wish to change your password in the future, please log in, click the Preferences link at the top right of the Collector screen, and click Password Management.
